Placing an order is childs play

When you see an item you would like to purchase click on the buy it option and it will be added to your cart.  You may then continue shopping if you would like too or proceed to the check out area. When you reach check out you will be asked for your address details for delivery.  

Our shopping cart gives you the customer the opportunity to create your own password therefore reducing the time spent completing the billing and delivery address if you return at anytime in the future This makes your shopping experience with Busybeesco Extras quicker and easier than ever before.

Paying for your order

After you have entered your address details you will be taken to the payment screen where you will be asked to choose your method of payment.  These are the options you have to choose from.

Both Nochex and Paypal allow people who do not hold an account to pay for goods using their debit/credit card. You will not have to register with Nochex or Paypal to send us money. However, please note all overseas customers must always choose the Paypal option. You will not need to have a Paypal account to pay this way.

All of your payments are taken via a secure server. Therefore rest assured your details are completely safe.

Cheques are also accepted by Busybeesco for UK customers, however a clearance time of 5 days may be required where guarantee card number and address details have not been completed on the rear of the cheque.

Payment by invoice is not available to our overseas customers. This is due to the high cost of bank charges. However if you would like to pay via direct bank transfer then please contact us as we are happy to accept this. We will not incur the bank charges associated with Overseas customers. This will be paid for by the customer.

Order updates

When you order has been received you will recieve confirmation of your order immediately. If there are any errors in your order please let us know as soon as possible so that they can be rectified before your order is processed.

We will keep you updated through out the order process. You will be provided with a link in your confirmation of order email which will allow you to view the status of your order.

All orders are processed and dispatched to our customers within 48 hours except where payment has been made by cheque - please expect a 14 day wait on receipt of goods if you pay by cheque.

Postage in the UK


All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail.
- Over 2kg for most of the UK, parcels will go via Parcel Force    courier.
- Over 2kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage.
- The full list of postcodes affected are below.
- Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is    610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
- Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the    length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.

- All IV codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All KW codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)
- PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All HS codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £6)

- All BT codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- All IM codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £10)
- All GY codes (to be confirmed Monday 21st)
- All JE codes (to be confirmed Monday 21st)

Please note our shopping cart will not add on the extra postage charge at checkout - If you qualify for a postage increase we will contact you.


Postage Overseas

We are happy to deliver any of our goods Worldwide. However please be advised that a supplement will be requested for larger items up to a maximum of £30.00. Deliveries will be by DHL and will be fully trackable.

Deliveries to an alternative address

We are more than happy to delivery goods to an alternative address. This is particularly handy if you are wishing to order a gift basket to be delivered to a hospital. If an alternative delivery address is required please contact us so that we can send your receipt seperatly if necessary.

Returns Policy (Clothing & Shoes)

  • All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full).
  • Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are not cleared for 14days.
  • Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Returns Policy (Toys & Gifts)

  • All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full).
  • Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are not cleared for 14days.
  • Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
  • All products carry a twelve month warranty.
  • Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Returned items should be sent recorded for the customers security.

 

  • The customer will be refunded the cost of the return postage.
  • If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it (see above), if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.
  • Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
  • Orders will not be accepted for return if they are not faulty.
  • These Terms and Conditions are liable to change without notice. We will endeavor to keep everyone informed of any changes.
